Great for Football or Basketball Get-togethers
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
1 ½ lbs ground turkey
¾ cup crumbled blue cheese
¼ cup reduced fat mayonnaise
2 tbl relish
¼ tsp ground pepper
12 dinner rolls
Lettuce
Patties:
1: Combine the 2 cloves garlic finely chopped, ¼ tsp salt, ½ tsp ground pepper, 1 ½ lbs ground turkey in a bowl and mix well.
2: Add ¾ cup crumbled blue cheese to bowl and mix (do not break all the clumps of cheese)
3: Divide the mixture into 12 equal patties which are approximately ¼ inch thick
4: Place 1/8 cup olive oil into a non-stick pan and heat pan on medium-high heat
5: Place turkey patties into pan and cook for approximately 3 min per side
Spread:
1: Combine ¼ cup reduced fat mayonnaise, 2 tbl relish, ¼ tsp ground pepper into a bowl
2: Mix well
Finishing touches
1: Place cooked turkey patty on bottom bun
2: Place leaf of lettuce on top of turkey patty and bottom bun
3: Place spread on top bun
4: Put top of bun with spread on top of patty
5:Enjoy!!!
